Do you have children who will be looking at college in the next few years or might you be thinking of returning to school yourself? Now is a great time to start thinking about the college financial aid process and ways to boost college savings. The earlier you start, the more confident and relaxed you will feel when it is time to apply for financial aid. Join Michelle Radley, College Access Counselor with the Finance Authority of Maine for this 1-hour workshop as we talk all things paying for college.

Paper Flowers

Join us for this two-day weekend workshop to make realistic paper flowers that will last long past spring! These flowers are made from crepe paper, florist wire and a variety of other materials. Starting with the simple cosmos, we will work our way from beginner designs to intermediate level crafting with designs like magnolia blossoms, daffodils, and others.

Ages 10 and up welcome! 

Adulting 102: Money Grows

In Adulting 102, we will look at the differences between saving and investing, and if you are ready to invest, how to get started. Other topics will include protecting your assets (insurance), advanced budgeting, and understanding the role economics plays in our financial life.  Join Steve Kautz, Financial Education Programs Specialist from the Finance Authority of Maine for this 1-hour virtual workshop as you take the next steps into adulting.

Spring into college savings: The Alfond Grant and Maine’s College Savings Program

Accordion Books

Living with ADHD

Did you know that people with ADHD are extremely smart, funny, and creative? We make great problem solvers, entrepreneurs, and strategists, and we can do eight hours of work in the time it takes someone else to do four.

In order to really shine, we just need to create systems in our lives to help manage our symptoms.

Join ADHD Coach Shannon Lindsay for a six-week course that will help you better understand your ADHD diagnosis and implement techniques to manage your symptoms and set yourself up for success.

This class is offered as a hybrid, you can join online or in-person!

Student Loan Repayment Strategies and Pro Tips
